Shipping

Due to all items being handmade they do have lead times plus delivery time ~ please see announcement bar for lead time. Once your item has been made they will be sent via;

Royal mail Express (1-2 working days) - £5

Rest of the world (7-14 working days) - £15

Please make sure your address is correct as once the order has been placed this cannot be changed.

If you require your item for a certain date that is before the stated time period please email us meganlouisehandmade@gmail.com or Dm us on instagram @meganlouisehandmade.

SIZING

All items are available in uk standard sizing from UK 4 to UK 14 unless stated otherwise in the items description.

 Due to being a handmade business we do offer various length in all items to ensure you get your desired look. If you require an item to be a different length e.g. made shorter or longer, please state this in the notes section at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

Due to all items being handmade we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges. However under special circumstances we will be happy to do a one time alteration on any item purchased from us that is un-worn within 10 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with your alteration request so we can resolve this for you.

Please note that if we are making any adjustments to your item we do NOT cover the cost of postage and we advise that you send your item back via a tracked service, we recommend Royal Mail. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS.
